- We can provide a range of services which include Full Cycle bookkeeping and everything in between.
- Working with you, we can post bills and invoices, prepare and track Accounts Receivables, post sales transactions, pay bills, compute and pay sales tax monthly, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, calculate depreciation and amortization expenses monthly.
- Prepare ACCURATE and TIMELY financial reports for owner(s) and manager(s) to review.
- Clean Up. Need to get ready for tax preparation? Do you want improved and accurate records? We can clean up your books so that the records are relevant and actionable and in compliance with General Accepted Accounting Principles. (GAAP)
- WE OFFER AN ON-TIME GUARANTEE. If, for any reason on our end (Forks and Figures, LLC), we do not meet agreed upon deadlines, then we will REFUND 50% of the monthly fee for the month we missed the deadlines.

- Create Labor Cost Control System – Minimize Overtime and non-productive labor. For restaurants with tipped employees who can create an accurate tip reporting systems that is integrated into payroll.
- Keep you informed of trends in your segment of the industry. This includes market trends, government regulations, and comparable costs in the market place.
- Payroll Services–We offer payroll services. Set up direct deposit for your staff, compute and pay all federal and state payroll taxes . If some of your employees are tipped, we can integrate those tips into the payroll system. Also, we can prepare your ANNUAL federal tax credit on overpayment of all employer FICA taxes.
- Audit FLSA Compliance- if needed, we can audit your payroll and policies to make sure you are compliant to the laws and guidelines set forth by the Fair Labor Standards Act.
- Tax Preparation- Not only will we make sure your “books” are ready for the annual tax preparation; we can do your taxes, too!
- START UPS. ForksandFigures can walk you through the start up process if you are planning to open a new business. We can assist you in securing your Federal EIN, State sales tax certificate, set up Company structure (LLC, S Corp, Partnership, etc); local business license, state unemployment account, and anything else that is part of your local start up.
