Head Guy in Charge of All Financials, Joe is a self-proclaimed numbers nerd, who loves charts, graphs, and systems. He believes numbers never lie, if they’re treated with care and respect! Joe retired from the restaurant business to Maryville, TN, in 2020 and started Forks and Figures as a way to stay busy and help other small business owners as they find their way.

Bookkeeper and Beautifier, Caitlin has a head for numbers and a heart for art. Also a former restauranteur, she now operates a small collection of small businesses including wellness, design, and bookkeeping. A wandering spirit- you are just as likely find her in Tulum or Tokyo as Tennessee. Caitlin gets excited about helping small businesses find their sparkle.
